As a wholesaler our products are only available from registered Okuma dealers throughout southern Africa as we do not sell directly to the public.

We currently do not run any sponsorship programs for individuals or organisations but rather work closely with content creators we have identified. Stay tuned to our social media platforms if any opportunities become available

For any returns or warranty related queries within the first 6 months of purchase you can return the product to the store you purchased it from. The store will have it sent to our service department to best assist you. This process can take up to 4 weeks to complete.

Yes, please complete our service query form to guide you in the right direction.  We don’t supply spare parts directly to customers, but our service department will provide you with advice and recommendations to get you out on the water.
